Kiyomi Fujii’s new novel “# Mode out to be a murderer one morning”, which depicts the modern darkness on the Internet in a humorous and mystery style. A topical work that was just published as U-NEXT’s first paper book in November 2020 after being distributed as an electronic book on U-NEXT. This novel is made into a drama, and it is a new sensation reading drama using staging, live music, and images.

Artist Profile

Original / Script / Direction Kiyomi Fujii

Born in 1971. She has been involved in the stage since she was a student at the University of Tsukuba, and has presented many works from small theaters to large theaters. Major works include “Black or White? Your boss appeals!” (Written and directed). she is also active in screenplays, working on everything from love affairs to suspense and action. “Aibo”, “Love Age”, “Dream of Utsubokazura”, “Butler Saionji’s Famous Reasoning 2” (drama), “Rurouni Kenshin” series, “Repulsion of Pigeons” (movie), etc. In the novels that she has been challenging in recent years, she makes use of her experience of studying history at university, and her strength is in-depth research and coverage. The original novel “# Mode out to be a murderer one morning” is the third feature-length novel.
