This is a documentary about a sister from a dysfunctional family interviewing her brother who has muscular dystrophy.
"Muscular Dystrophy(MD)", an intractable disease that causes progressive muscular weakness and necroses.
My brother is a MD patient.
He may some of the time mention his physical agonies but does not make any remark of pessimism around his life.
As this interview moves on, however, he starts to speak out….
He says he's an in-between of a handicapped person and healthy, with pressure of “looking normal”.

Through this work, I strongly hope that people who are struggling with life will feel empathy and energy.
I believe that all human beings, regardless of disability, looks, or gender, have many things in common, such as similar problems.
Therefore, I would be happy if the viewers themselves feel the same way as the Onii in this film.
In this day and age, even in countries suffering from wars…even in Japan, where people are used to peace, it is easy for others to take control of our lives.
It is precisely because we live in such an era that I included a message about the “right to live.

I was a video editor at a TV station. Since starting his own business, he has been involved in a wide variety of activities, including directing and graphic design.
My family was a dysfunctional family. Using that circumstance, I’m working to support people with disabilities, abuse, etc… who have difficulties in life.
